It was another success although the host was exhausted given a 1am return the night before from Vegas. The cocktails were delicious along with the Spanky themed food and snacks.
Here is the recipe for "The Great Slush" which was this weeks cocktail.
7 cups water
1.5 cups sugar
1 cup Malibu Rum
1 cup Peach Schnapps
2 cans Pineapple Orange frozen juice concentrate
Boil water in a pot with sugar to dissolve. Add in frozen juice to melt with the hot water.Take pot off burner and add in all remaining ingredients into a large plastic container.Freeze for 24-48 hours Serve scoop out some slush and mix with 7-UP or Sprite I can pick up the 7-UP to mix with it. Of course you can get creative with the recipe and vary the flavors but it is a pretty well tested recipe and tasty!

Is anyone else having an issue finding rhubarb? Every place I've been to is out of it and my out of state supplier dropped the ball...
To quote Jack Nicholson's Joker character from the 1989 Batman movie, "Never rub another man's rhubarb." Sorry, I had to throw that in there...
I believe rhubarb season has passed. Fresh rhubarb anyway. It's around June I believe.
So, anyone without rhubarb in their freezer is probably out of luck. That's what we get for picking a random theme after a few cocktails. I'll come up with something else deserty...sigh
