Thanks to all for coming out last night. I think we learned a lesson that trying to focus a theme proved to be difficult this week. Given the rhubarb is out of season and there are no rhubarb entrees or even drinks. A "GOLD STAR" to Jeff for being creative with the Rhubarb Slush! Please post the recipe.
The other cocktail of the nite was Pomaberry which can be made as follows:
1 can frozen juice concentrate of Cranberry/Pommegranate
1 bottle of Cranberry wine
1 litter bottle of medium white wine
You can make it a spritzer with Sprite or add Champange for a little fizz.
